Reservation policies

1.- Send the proof of payment by this means the same day you make your deposit or transfer accompanied by the name of the person who is registered in the reservation.
2.-If you want an invoice for your advance payment, please attach the proof of fiscal situation to generate your invoice.
3.- If your occupation is in a month other than the one in which you made your deposit, and you want an invoice for the amount deposited, it can only be issued in the month of the deposit.
4.- The guarantee of your reservation will be lost if you do not make the guarantee payment
5.- The applicant who cancels his individual reservation has the right to request the amount, when the cancellation is informed to the hotel 72 hours in advance of the committed date. If the applicant does not cancel their reservation within the indicated term and does not occupy the room, they will lose the amount of the deposit.
6.- The reservation can be moved to another date within the same month, as long as there is availability.
7.- The entrance of drinks and food to the hotel is prohibited.
8.- Only people registered according to the type of room will be accepted in the rooms: Single maximum 2 people including children Double maximum 4 people including children Triple maximum 6 people including children
9.- It is strictly forbidden to introduce animals of any kind in the room or common areas of the hotel.
10.- Check in time 3 in the afternoon, check out time 12 noon.
